ADVICE
Until further notice, the Bureau will close at 2.30pm each day.
In the last few months we have been overwhelmed by the number of clients seeking advice. To ensure we can meet this demand we are training a higher than usual number of Volunteer Advisers.
The time required to undertake this training is impacting on clients, resulting in longer waiting times.
An earlier close will allow us dedicated time for training, ensuring that our Advisers can complete their training more quickly, giving us more Advisers available to see clients, and thus reducing waiting times.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
To see an adviser in person come in during our drop-in times Monday to Friday, doors open at 9:00 - 2:30, or call the bureau on 01224 569750 to make an appointment.
We also run a Benefits and Money Advice Outreach Program in the Powis, Torry, Mastrick, Woodside and Northfield areas, as well as Hospital Outreach Service at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary and Woodend Hospital.
If you are in Aberdeenshire find out about the closest Citizens Advice Bureau near you.
We also offer local telephone advice on 01224 586255 Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:30 - 12:30.
